Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and scouting emerging talent in the pop music scene
• Assisting with reviewing demo submissions and providing feedback
• Helping to build and maintain relationships with up-and-coming artists
• Monitoring pop music trends and industry developments
• Attending gigs and music events to discover new talent (where applicable)
